Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, or if we identify a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

Products. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, so colour, surface and scent strength vary slightly from candle to candle. That is a property of how they are made, not a fault.

Candle safety. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire. Burn on a heat-resistant surface, trim the wick before each use, and stop burning when about half an inch of wax remains.

Your account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password to yourself.

Our content. The text, photographs and designs on this site belong to Gwen’s Gifts and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the version that applies.
