Shipping policy

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Texas, and each order is packed by hand.

Dispatch. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Preorder and made-to-order items will display their estimated shipping timeframe on the product page. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is a flat $8.00, and is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is available for $15.00. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days once your order is on its way; Express is 1 to 2. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and can run longer over holidays and in severe weather.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

PO Boxes. We ship to PO Boxes. PO Box orders travel by USPS — please choose Standard shipping for a PO Box address.

Warm weather. Wax is sensitive to heat. In hot conditions a candle can soften in transit, and its surface may look different when it arrives. This does not affect how it burns, and the surface settles as it cools. If a candle arrives damaged rather than simply softened, get in touch and we will put it right.

If something goes wrong. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and it is not with you, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will sort it out.
